Been thinking...

With the tsunami in Japan my thoughts lately have been of life and death on this world as we know it.  At any instant one can be thrusted into any life changing situation.  Being in my late thirties, I look back on many life altering events and to learn from those experiences as best I can.  I am not going to give specific examples but we all have them.  A chance meeting or forgetting some thing at home and turning around to retrieve it only to alter your path for that specific day. I try to live my life in the moment but still find myself reflecting on the past because we learn from the past to help ourselves with the future.
